Effective Date: March 1, 2025

At Vintage Vault, we specialize in secondhand and vintage items, each with unique wear and history. Due to the nature of these products:

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item was significantly misrepresented in its description

• You received the wrong item

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a return due to misrepresentation, please email us within 3 days of delivery at contactus@vintagevaultresell.shop with:

• Order number

• Photos of the item

• Description of the issue

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
